Can a tax collector legally kidnap one's child, or have that child remove from their, home in order to deny a claim for earned income credit. In a malicious attempt to settle a vendata against that individual. Then claim that the child does not live with the indevidual. When they were the ones who kidnapped him in the first place? Are tax collectors above the Law?

For those who question what I said happen. You could just back track a little to the early nineties when all these tax collectors were called before congress to testify about the various horrendous crimes they were committing against people and their families.
They did not have a change-of-heart over night, ladies and gentlemen or disappear, they simply got smarter, and more subtle in hiding their wrong doings. They still continue to do what they always did.
