For those who question what I said happen. You could just back track a little to the early nineties when all these tax collectors were called before congress to testify about the various horrendous crimes they were committing against people and their families.

They did not have a change-of-heart over night, ladies and gentlemen or disappear, they simply got smarter, and more subtle in hiding their wrong doings. They still continue to do what they always did.

Your story is inconsistent with normal operation for tax collectors. You should provide more detail as to who is doing all of this stuff. It is not at all uncommon for tax examiners to question if a child being used to qualify for Earned Income Credit lives with the taxpayer and to require some proof of that if there seems to be a question. If children are removed from the taxpayers home by a social service agency that has nothing to do with the "tax collector".

Kidnapping, for vengeance or otherwise, is currently illegal in all 50 states.

Interestingly, if your child is kidnapped, you can still claim him or her as a dependent.

Tax collectors are not above the law. Poor spelling, unfortunately, is legal.

Sounds like a suspense novel. Kidnapping is illegal, regardless of who does it.
