For the whole War? For the European Theatre I would say D-Day and for the Pacific I would offer Midway.

D-Day might have been the most significant battle. I don't know if it is credited with changing the face of the war though. Also, the dropping of two atomic bombs on Japan might have a good argument for changing the war.

There are two key battles that changed the course of the war: Pearl Harbor brought in the US which changed the overall balance of power and Stalingrad which effectively reversed German success.

Stalingrad was the first major defeat for the German Army. After Stalingrad Germans started to slowly back down.

Stalingrad. Prior to Stalingrad the Germans were masters of Europe and unbeaten. After Stalingrad the Germans lost the iniative in the east and finally the war.

The battle of Stalingrad. The Germans were halted and started to slide back. The Soviets were winning and could have beat Germany on their own from then on. In fact, when the Americans and Soviets met in Germany, the Soviets outnumbered the Americans like five to one.

Stalingrad & Iwo Jima. Germany bled their army down & the US got a base from which they could launch massive bombing raids on the Japanese homeland.

Stalingrad. If the Germans had attacked the oilfields to the south and waited to attack Stalingrad until they were better reinforced, they would have beaten Russia then only had one front to fight on, more than likely defeating the US and Britain by having more troops to beat back the western invasion.
