Turn him over to human services. Or better yet have the mom turn him over to lawyer or human services. The kids do not need to be in that environment.

I think you should let your girlfriend and her boyfriend handle it. Definitly take your girlfriends back in the matter if you are that involved in her raising the kids, but for you to go behind her back and call the cops on her ex is a little pathetic in my book. The ex just needs a wake up call that if his behavior does not change when her kids are there, then there would be consequences. When it comes down to it it's your word versus his in court and you were not even there. A lot of kids go through this and I think putting them in the middle with the authorities is just going to make it that much harder on them.

Give that loser and his loser girlfriend a choice , either be drug free when the kids r there or no kids, plain and simple. If it's found out down the road that their mother was aware of the drug use while in his care she could be putting her own parenting skills on the line. Where will the children be when the courts take both parents away?

I have a growing list of foods I won't eat. Beef, and farmed Salmon is on it. I am always afraid of factory farming and the entire E-coli/ Mad cow scare. I often buy Ethnic foods, and finding that I am putting more and more on my don't eat list. I question sanitation in many of the plants in the third world. The problem is with processed foods. I was going to buy Vegetarian hot dogs, and looked at the ingredients. It was made in America, but I wonder where they get their wheat gluten from. On a humerous note, I was at a Mexican Supermarket, and bought a can of Coconut Juice. I prefer the fresh coconut, but it's hard to bring that to work. The can was made for Marquez Brothers. They had pictures of Mexican imagery all over the can. The symbol on the can is of Mexico painted in the color of the Mexican Flag. In tiny type it says, "Product of THailand".

Since it's his turn to have the kids... if you turn him in while the kids are at his house & the authorities become involved, it could prove to be a raunchy mess.. the authorities might wonder why you let them go over there, knowing that their dad does drugs... & that wouldn't look good for you & their mom.
Wait till the kids are back home with you & their mom... then go for it.

If the mother suspects that he is doing drugs while the kids are home, then she needs to call her lawyer, and possibly CPS. She has every right to. You should check with your state laws on this one. And have the kids tell the court, the lawyer, or whoever, what you say they have told you. Good luck! :)

There is an organization called Child Protective Services. call them, and let the kids tell THEM what goes on at their dad's house. They will then take the best course of action for the kids.

Turn him in, who cares how he feels, he obvisly doesnt care for his kids, he locks them out and gets them to cover for him "what happens here stays here" If he gets busted for the drugs your girlfriend might get full custody and he could lose his rights to the kids if she wants to push things that far, The Ex is a selfish ****** that from the sound of it doesn't need kids.

Hire a family law attorney. There are a number of ways to go about this, depending on how serious the issues are.

Your gf needs to go back and attempt to get the custody arrangement changed. She will have to explain why and will need to get the kids to explain themselves what they see and how things are in the house when they are with him. Tell her to do it now, because all this sounds very unsafe.
