A match up between the undefeated WBC/WBA world super middleweight champion "The Viking Warrior" Mikkel Kessler and American top man in this division Jeff "Left Hook" Lacy. Who do you think would take it and why?

By the way, boxrec, on it's most recent rankings, actually has Lacy as the world number 2 above Kessler. I know that they are usually a bit bias towards American boxers, but, in my opinion, this is just plain trolling on most transparent level and an insult to the world champion.

Kessler's a badass, and the last time we saw Lacy he was getting a boxing lesson from Calzaghe, so its pretty hard to Pick Lacy, but Id definately watch the fight. You never know, I have a feeling Kessler'd easier to hit than Calzaghe was and we all Know Lacy can punch.

If the fight took place in Denmark, I would pick Kessler. Can't go against the home judges and referees when it comes to Americans going over to Europe to fight. The deck is stacked against them. If the fight took place say in America and outside of Vegas (I don't and never have trusted the judging there) where the judging is a little more fair, then Lacy becomes WBC/WBA super middleweight champion of the world by a unanimous decision over Kessler. He is easier to hit than Calzaghe. Lacy would pepper him with jabs from the outside and not try to mix it up too much because of his speed advantage over Kessler. Mikkel could then go back to Denmark and fight the rest of his fights there, where he is comfortable, and be known to the Europeans as the legendary former super middleweight champ of the world.

Calzaghe is not any:a million and continuously would be, if he does combat Dawson and lose (which he wont) it doesnt depend, a minimum of this form he could have left boxing with the ultimate possible undertaking. are you able to think of how taken aback he could go away the haters and sceptics while he beats dawson. Calzaghe is on objective for the ultimate fighter to ever stay, if that's what he's hungry for then the prepare ought to flow on. Calzaghe is a boxing legend and win or lose, he will continuously be our hero.
