get 3-4 cans of tuna
wide noodles/egg noodles
cream of mushroom
pkg of frozen or fresh peas
diced onion
shredded cheese
boil your noodles, take em out, get a caserrole dish and lightly grease the bottom. add your tuna, peas, and onion. then add the cream of mushroom and mix it altogether and add it to the dish. you can mix some cheese in it but not all of it. season it to taste with salt, pepper and seasoning salt. i put it on 350 deg for about 20-35 mins or until the noodles get slightly brown and crisp. i sprinkle some cheese on it before it's almost done. it's really easy and it's sooooo delicious... hey i got a killer recipe for chicken broccoli casserole if you want it.

Use just 1 can tuna fish, and add 2 cans cream of mushroom, celery, brocolli, etc. (they have really great tasting ones now like roasted garlic mushroom - try them!). I also like adding canned veggies like corn or peas. Season with herbs you have on hand that strike your fancy. Mix with your boiled noodles and top with loads of cheddar cheese, then bread crumbs or crushed potato chips.
Bake into a preheated 350°F [180°C] oven, for 45 minutes.

Use a cream of mushroom mix and broad noodles. You can also use some Italian spices and capers. You can also use an onion soup mix. You can mix it up with past and melt some cheese in with it. There are also some mixes you can buy. One time I did it was a vodka sauce over penne pasta.

Nightstar has a good one (I use a similar recipe)...but if you don't want to use tuna, swap it with canned chicken. That's what I do. I hate tuna.
