Yes, I am happy!
I once heard someone say that 2% of life is what happens to you and 98% of life is how you react to it.
There are people like me who choose to be happy and enjoy every moment.......and there are people who chose to be miserable, sad, and depressed.
Life is a choice. I choose happy!

P.S. Some people who read my answer might think I am happy because I have never had problems........I'm 43 yrs old and I'm a cancer survivor. I was diagnosed last December and I've had surgery and recovered. Both of my parents are dead and the love of my life dumped me for another women. If I can still be happy and enjoy life after all that, you can too. Choose to be happy! Sadness is a waste of time.

No I don't think I am a happy person at all. I should be happy. I have everything I could ever want. I have 2 beautiful children a wonderful man who loves and adores me.We also don't have any money problems ,so I don't understand why I'm not happy.

A happy person is someone who feels the have few to worry about because whatever the obstacle they can overcome it. They feel confident, and successful. They have nothing to complain about because they are okay with everything. That is a truley happy person. Now do I feel happy. Not really more like I feel cool calm and relaxed.

I try to be happy and there are brief times where I am truely happy. But most of the time I'm not happy. I hate not feeling happy. I hate depression it sucks.
