She did once, it was a total disaster, I hated putting her in kennels every time we went away because I love her and missed her so much, so we decided to take her on holiday with us, big mistake, long journey, too hot, not allowed in most places with a dog, most beaches ban dog at certain times of the year, she wouldn't drink the water, moped about, then accommodation gave her allergic reaction and she became ill, they used shake and vac on the carpets after telling us they didn't, our dog has an allergy to it, they whinged about dog hairs and said it wasn't a problem when we booked, it was far too distressing for our dog and for us so never again, she is much happier in kennels and we have a more relaxed holiday.

Congrats for posting the most stupid question on here. Many of us love our dogs & treat them like our children, valued members of our family etc but we are all wise enough to know they cant vote! Many of us sane people dont go anywhere without our dogs so when planning our vacations we of course go to places that are pet friendly etc. I love my dog to death but for goodness sake if you think your dog can talk or vote you need to get a life!

I think the family pet should always be a part of the decision on vacations. My pets stay home but that's because they are 4 rats and it would be too difficult to bring them with and I always get a friend or family member to take care of them. And my cat Leo hates traveling!

yea we have 2 dogs
but they always votes to just stay home and lick themselves..
so because I'm their owner, I've restricted their votes and count each dog's vote as half a vote and then I take ownership of each half vote giving me one whole extra vote.
So basically we go where I want.

Yes! We have 4 dogs and we have to make sure we can take them with us on holiday, either that or they choose who stays with them! :)
