riding my bicycle, I ride 7 miles a day around the town I live in, up and down hills. mostly in 5th gear. I like it because it makes me feel energetic. helps keep my weight down, stregthens my legs and keeps my cardio in good form. I am a pro wrestler breathing is a must. (a certain way of breathing) and riding my bike helps with that breathing process. I am 6'4 and 318 lbs I ride to keep in shape so that desease doesn't set in. diabettes runs on both sides of my family, I have to exercise.

It has to be Flying My Kites!(Normally across water!)
It's Just the Best Buzz Left(That doesn't involve Women,Drugs or Alcohol),and It Keeps you fit as a Bi-Product!

Caving..
I love to explore the underground... it's like bouldering, climbing, and hiking all in one.. but it's in the dark so that adds another level of complexity i really enjoy... you have to use your brain in conjunction with your body to maneuver through situations.. it's great... plus in most extreme sports, you develop a bond with your fellow cavers.. you have your life in their hands and vice-verse..

i enjoy woodworking!!!!! it involves finding a pattern worth making, going to the hardware store for wood, blades, and sand paper, then tracing the pattern onto the wood, cutting it out on my scroll saw, sanding the wood down smooth, then painting it to perfection!!!! then i usually give it away as a just-because-gift just to make people smile!!!!!
