Sure, if you can afford it. Isn't it kind of sad that it's cheaper to eat junkfood than stuff that's good for you? Organic food is absolutely, 100% better for you...but you'll spend A LOT.

And by the way, screw you for giving me a thumbs down. You know what you can do with that thumb? I'll give you two guesses, and the first one don't count.

And dude, where do you get your facts about there not being evidence to show organic food is better for you? You're the same kind of person who buys generic diapers that leak and say it's 'cause your kid's allergic to Pampers or 'cause there's no difference when plainly there is. Some things cost more for a reason. But you go ahead and enjoy your deep fried processed mayonaisse. Seeya in the morgue.

An all organic diet is a lofty goal. Research what you can on the net. Be sure to look for both the pros and cons. Some items are fine from a none organic source, or the difference is so small that it really won't matter very much. Organic meats may be harder to find, and much more costly.

If you have space in a garden you can try growing your own organic vegetables next season, but for now it's a bit late for that. You may find it a long process to begin eating all organic and if you can replace one or two items every shopping trip it will be a better financial adjustment.

Making it a point to eat more whole foods and foods that are less processed is often a healthy enough change for most people. So many processed foods are the convenient foods, but you can also find quick hints and tips for convenience from your own freezer.

Try it if you want to , but I think you may find it just too rigid and building in a bit of flexibility would be a better plan.

It's up to you.

My advise is to research it. There is no substantial PROOF that an organic diet is better, only theories, and guesses.

You have a greater chance of dying from eating unprocessed or otherwise 'organic' food than from eating something with preservatives, or pesticides. According to some of my science professors at least. However, again always be skeptical.

It is your choice but look at evidence from unbiased studies rather than what is popular according to your friends or the media.

No known evidence that organic food is better for you. Some of it tastes better, but usually much more expensive.. Try planting your own garden in the spring and see how you like it..Not organic, but close..

it is difficult to go on all organic diet. you can give it a try. for sure it is more expensive. i eat 'organic' food at home as we have our fields and i know how i am taking care of them.

good luck with your idea of going all organic.
