Frist, I preheat the oven to 350-degrees F. Then I grease a baking/roasting dish and set the pork tenderloin or pork roast into the baking dish. In a small bowl, I mix together about 1 - 2 tablespoons of fresh ground pepper, 1 tablespoon of garlic powder and onion powder, about 1/2 teaspoon of salt and about 1 tablespoon of Italian seasoning. I sprinkle the herbs and spices over the top of the pork, and rub it in slightly. I place the baking pan into the oven, and add about 1 cup of water to the bottom of the baking dish. I cover the whole thing with foil and leave it to roast for about 1.5 - 2 hours depending on the size of the piece of meat. I never use a meat thermometer, so I couldn't tell you the internal temperature but I test the doneness by inserting a fork into the middle of the piece of meat -- if the fork slips in and out easily, and the juices run clear instead of pink ... then the meat is done. I take the baking pan out of the oven and allow it to sit on the counter-top for about 10 minutes before carving and serving the meat. Tada .... herb & pepper crusted pork loin. :)

Preheat oven to 450. Get a baking pan and line it with foil. Crush 1/3 of a box of seasoned croutons. Brush the tenderloin withmustard then pat the crouton crumbs on top and on the sides and place it in the baking pan. Coat the pork with vegetable spray. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until your meat thermometer reads 160 degrees Fahrenheit. Let it rest about 5 minutes before slicing, serve and ENJOY!!
this goes great with a cesar salad and a light dressing.

Cook on top of the stove in an iron skillet. Get a pkg of boneless pork steak. Marinade them in pineapple juice for about an hour. Put your skillet on, and place your steak in it, then pour the pineapple juice in and add a small can of orange juice. Sprinkle in some lemon pepper, and salt. Put a lid on, bring to a boil, turn down and let the juices cook to almost out. It will thicken by itself, the meat is tender, juicy and great flavor. I love it.

alot of times when i make prok chops/loins, i bake them in a mushroom soup sauce, with rice
i use cambells soup, rice ,lemon juice, to taste, salt pepper, a little bit of steak spice on the pork chops/loins, and a bit of celery salt. i bake it all together, at about 350 or so for approx 1 hr,,sometimes it takes a little less time,,depends on how thick the chops/loins are.
my family really enjoys it, its something different
Good Luck,, If you decide to try it, i hope you enjoy it
