I looked many dictionaries and didn't find it. Is it so so so non-comprehensive informal word?

I think the text was American English, not British!

It is written the way it is pronounced, like I wanna (want to) go or I'm gonna (going to) go to lunch. If it is written it is very informal. Great for emails, but not if you are writing at work or school.

It is not, however, "bad" English or slang when it is spoken in that way. Try saying "Don't you want to come?" quickly. Everybody reduces "don't you" to "doncha." There are lots of these kinds of pronunciation rules for reducing words when they are combined. Educated and non educated people say it quickly in the same way.

"Dontcha" is a form of the phrase "don't you". In casual speech, when native speakers of English say the phrase "don't you", it often sounds like "dontcha".

It basically means ' don't you'
As in doncha wish your girlfriend was hot like me?
The reason it isn't in dictionaries is because it isn't an official word, just slang. Two words combined. Hope that answered your question.

If you wish to be considered an english speaker, it should strictly be rendered - " Do you not?" , as in "Do you not know how to speak english in the correct manner?" I believe, however, that this particular uncouth form of speech is favoured by our benighted colonials.
