Hey my pregnancies were both different. With my daughter I had severe morning sickness, grossed out by alot of things, not so tired though. Now I'm pregnant again and I didn't get morning sickness, more headaches than anything and I'm extremely tired (doctor says this is a girl) So I won't know for sure if all these "cravings" people say they have with boys and girls is true, if I have a girl, I'll know never to believe those old wives tales again, because these pregnancies are totally different.

I have 2 daughters, C-section with both. Went into labor on the morning of my due date for both. My first pregnancy, I had a lot of nose bleeds the first month or two. A lot of my favorite foods made me sick. I had weird cravings like PBJ sandwich with pizza and a Rice Krispy treat on the side and white milk. She moved a lot thoughout th pregnancy, especially when my then husband talked to my belly. I started pre-term labor and was on bed rest 6-7 months of my pregnancy. Tried to deliver naturally, but had to have an emergency c-section.
My second, I didn't have any issues except my platelet count was so low that they were afraid I would bleed to death during delivery. Not much movement, which scared me! The day she was due (morning of), she turned and became breach. C-section again!

With my first - I was sick everyday, just the smell of food in the morning would make me sick. I felt movements pretty early on, at about 16 weeks I think. My first baby was a boy.
Now with my second, I have been sick a total of 4 times. I am almost 20 weeks and am still only feeling slight flutters, no kicks or anything. We haven't had the ultrasound yet, so we don't know if this one is a boy or a girl.
Good luck.

I did not notice a lot of difference in my pregnancies and I have had three. I know with me I had morning sickness with all three. I suppose the last one probably was the worse, but I dont know, because they put me on medication. My pregnancies got smaller as they went. They say this is usually the opposite. The labors definately got shorter. Mine went girl boy and then another girl.

I only had minimal morning sickness with all four of my children.
I was in labor for 4 hours with my first, 2 hours with my second, 18 hours with my third and 6 hours with my fourth.
Boy, Boy, Boy, ....and then finally a girl.

Every single pregnancy is different. I carried alot larger with my 1st and she ended up being smaller then my 2nd. I grew NO hair while pregnant with my 2nd (didn't have to shave). I also had no early labor with my 2nd...hard labor started out of nowhere.

I was smart. I stopped after the first so there's no comparison.
