FYI: if you take the liquor factor out, it's a smoothie.. .lol. i think you answered your own question. just make it like a dacquri, but don't add alcohol. use fruit instead of the mix, and if you use frozen fruit you really don't have to use so much ice. you can add gingerale or some club soda i guess, but i would just use frozen fruit a lil bit of ice, and o.j., or some tropical fruit punch or something. good luck on that.

Freshing Raspberry Daiquiri

2 ounces Sweet & Sour mix
2 ounces Sierra Mist Soda
4 ounces of Raspberry puree
Whipped cream.

1. Place ingredients in blender and add ice
2. Mix until desired thickness.
3. Pour into a tall glass and top with whipped cream.

In a blender: combine a glass-full of ice, some fresh fruit, and some non-alcoholic margarita mix. Whirl in the blender until the ice is crushed. Pour into a glass and enjoy.

Same way you would make it with alcohol, just omit liquor and substitute with Ginger Ale.

take any daquiri recipe and substitute ginger ale or 7up/sprite for the rum.
