Has anyone heard the song "My Heart is Yours" ??? I think Rob Thomas sings it...at least that's who i heard sing it, but the quality of the cd was pretty bad (it was a burned cd) I think it's a really pretty song and might want to use it in my wedding. It's just piano and a singer. But I want to get the lyrics....just so i know if it is "appropriate" like i said i couldnt understand all the words due to the quallity of the cd.... if anyone has some time and just playing around could you look up the lyrics and copy them into an answer for me???

There are two songs on his new CD "Ever the Same" and "Now Comes the Night" both may be appropriate for your wedding. Neither have the words you are looking for, but both have piano music and him singing. Here are the words for Ever the Same . . . .We were drawn from the weeds
We were brave like soldiers
Falling down under the pale moonlight
You were holding to me
Like a someone broken
And I couldn't tell you but I'm telling you now

Just let me hold you while you're falling apart
Just let me hold you so we both fall down

Fall on me
Tell me everything you want me to be
Forever with you forever in me
Ever the same

We would stand in the wind
We were free like water
Flowing down
Under the warmth of the sun
Now it's cold and we're scared
And we've both been shaken
Look at us
Man, this doesn't need to be the end

Just let me hold you while you're falling apart
Just let me hold you so we both fall down

Fall on me tell me everything you want me to be
Forever with you
Forever in me
Ever the same
Call on me
I'll be there for you and you'll be there for me
Forever it's you
Forever in me
Ever the same

You may need me there
To carry all your weight
But you're no burden I assure
You tide me over
With a warmth I'll not forget
But I can only give you love

"Now Comes the Night"
When the hour is upon us
And our beauty surely gone
No you will not be forgotten
No you will not be alone

And when the day has all but ended
And our echo starts to fade
No you will not be alone then
And you will not be afraid
No you will not be afraid

When the fog has finally lifted
From my cold and tired brow
No I will not leave you crying
And I will not let you down
No I will not let you down
I will not let you down

Now comes the night
Feel it fading away
And the soul underneath
Is it all that remains
So jus slide over here
Leave your fear in the fray
Let us hold to each other
Till the end of our days

Hope this helps. And, also Congratulations!

Just like gambling films for public viewing external of a theater, there are authorized disorders in gambling tune. As lengthy because the tune, or the musical sheets for studying & gambling the tune are legally got and/or bought, there is not any copyright violation. The exception to that is if the tune is being performed at a detailed form of venue (i.e. a membership, DJ or at a county reasonable) licensing costs are paid to the copyright holder/ artist. The one exception to that is if the copyright holder has been deceased for at least 70 years from the date of supposed use. After this, the piece is regarded "public" and there are not any copyright disorders even if it's performed in a public atmosphere. So older "secular" portions equivalent to "Bittersweet Symphony" could don't have any copyright disorders, others like The Rolling Stones who nonetheless have Mick Jagger round might ought to have a rate paid. I'd touch the Interscope Records company workplace to look what, if any disorders you would be handling. They are the present Rolling Stones tune label and could recognize all you ought to recognize approximately it.
