question about the south beach diet,can i have....?

i'm a huge coffe lover,i drink it everyday 2 - 3 cups. on this diet can i have coffee? ok my real question is can i have my coffee with my coffee - mate french vanilla in it?? lol if you say no i'm going to have to hurt you! jk but my creamer will be missed. so can i have it? ty

Check the carb content on the label...you'll be surprised how much sugar is in it!
