I lost 20 pounds in the last 2 weeks. Don't worry, it was after a detox cure. It's normal, but my question is, what hapends to all that weight where does it go? Does it come out in the waste? or... did anybody find it? I used to be the one who found the weight that others lost... Hahaha! For 3 years I was either breastfeeding or pregnant... and couldn't do anything but exercise, but that didn't do it. So.. my point is, where does weight go? all that fat?

I lost 40 and I don't care where it went as long as it never comes back!

Edit: No secret. I've gone to a low-carb lifestyle. I'm healthier, my aches and pains are gone, my carpal tunnel is gone, my plantar fascitis is gone, and I'm still losing weight (halfway to goal).

It depends on what kind of activities you undertook prior to the loss of 20 pounds and the calories you must have burnt or your food consumption pattern!

Most of it, you breathe out as carbon dioxide. The rest leaves your body through sweat, urine and feces.
