I was just arrested forProstitution in WA, what will happen next. Was never booked in jail.

i was release because of first offence, and they say the court paper will be in the mail.

Also does the ploice call your employeer? i just landed a good job and hope nothing will happen here.

I know it was a mistake, which I will not repeat.

just need to know whats the best way to handle this problem.

I'm not sure about the Prostitution laws in Wa., but, usually, a FIRST OFFENSE carries a fine and possibly some community service. At worst, jail time (could be a possibility depending on the circumstances, and the mood of the Judge), I would think not more than 30 days.

Why in blazes are you prostituting yourself ! ! Today, that's like playing with dynamite.

Get some help.... and FAST!!

If you were issued a citation, your court date will be on it. If you were arrested, why weren't you booked into jail?
