Honestly I can't tell you of a more natural way of dealing with social anxiety than just avoiding crowds of people. I have the same issue, but I use nerve pills to control my problems with people. I am not a people person at all. I prefer to be in nature and I am a one on one person. I also wish I could find a more natural way to deal with the issue. I miss out on a lot of life due to being too anxious to go out. My husband wants to be social and I would rather take a hike in the woods. One thing is music. I depend on music to get me through most situations that I struggle with. It may come down to you needing some kind of medication rather it is natural supplements or prescriptions. I hope you can come to terms with this issue. I know it is hard. Always try to relax and do deep breathing. It is a natural way of calming the body. I wish you all the best!

You could start by smiling. If you walk around with the face you have on your avatar, people are going to stare. This will make you uncomfortable, resulting in anxiety. Just a thought...

Try listening to soothing music. David Young, his album Celestrial Bliss, might help. It's soothing and it could help take your mind off issues?
