Can't find it now, but I saw a map somewhere on the internet, of places affected by the rising sea. Of course rivers and lakes would dry up at the same time, so it's a multi-factorial effect. You can find more from the link:

Download a contour map of the country you wish to examine in more detail and colour in blue all the land above sea-level but below 1 metre. Over lay a more detailed street plan of a few coastal towns and compare the new sea-level.

The Maldives would all but disappear. Highest point is only 8 feet.

Bangladesh would be under severe threat. The Ganges delta is very flat and low. Most of it would end up submerged. Bangladesh is one of the world's most densely populated countries. Millions of people would be made homeless or die.

all the bits currently below sea level would be prime candidates - the coast of Britain would look radically different, and the present Thames barrier couldn't cope.

And lots more peple would live beside the seaside. Hurrah.

where their is a high degree of sin. will be hit the hardest by sunami, earthquake flood deseas which we are expecting in britain any time now, and famin. you keep an eye on brighton, england and frisco america, and blackpool which is trying to emulate vegas, these places are high in sex and gambling and sodomites, but they will not believe, however i am only guessing i dont know, but if God uses this weather stuff as a punishment it might not be a bad guess, who knows.

I'm pretty sure that North America and the places up north would be in the most danger because a lot of glaciers would melt, and there are tons of them in the north. Not too sure, but that would be my best guess. Good luck.
