I think that you can try writing to her care of the books publishers - although she is one of the Presidents of the Siamese Cat Club - here's their website:

Her books are wonderful, aren't they? I bought one from eBay last year & the person selling it had actually met Doreen Tovey & sent me a photo of herself & Doreen.
It's great that they are now replublishing them ... no more hunting on eBay & paying astronimical prices!

You have to write to the publisher, they pass letters on !
