No, as long as you do pray for them both, it doesn't and shouldn't matter in what order.

Yes, there is a correct way to pray. Most of us pray wrongly.
The correct way to pray to to sit quietly and focus at a point of the centre of your being. Subdue your restless thought until you feel peace and blissful.
At the end of the blissful feeling when you about to get up from your sit, you came gently ask whoever to help you to understand the wisdom and resolve your problems in whatever manner for your highest good.

I guess ideally we would pray our prayers as a constant monologue. I personally feel like I am conversing with God all day long.
Some think the Lords prayer is a good format. I use the acronym PRAY
Praise God for who he is and what he has done. Our Father who are in Heaven, Hallowed be thy name.
Repent and turn away from our sins . Thy Kingdom come, thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven.
Ask for personal blessings and concerns. Give us this day our daily bread.
Yield to God. Forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us. Lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.
HE walks with me and He talks to me.....

Yes. God does not want ritualistic demonic prayers. He wants truth and honesty. Talk to him from the depth of your soul. Cry out to him sincerely. Be open. When you are angry, tell him. Read Lametations. This Book was written to show us that when we are distraught, confused, burdened and can't feel God then we go to him and tell him the state of our soul He already knows where we are, what we think and feel, but he is our Father and he waits for us to go to him. If we are paryer for praise, read the psalms, it demonstrates the praises and prayers for praise. If we are seeking wisdom, read proverbs, it is our book of wisdom and will guide us to pray for Gods wisdom. Remember that prayer is individualized. It is our talk with God. He is a God of love & truth. Reading the Bible is yet another way that God communicates to us. We should read the bible each day, to seek to understand. We should also go to God in prayer. Remember that God is not a genie in a bottle. We must work as a Chrisy=tian every minute of every day...not just pray and expect things. When one becomes a Christian they choose to walk accordingly. God does not hear the voice and prayers of those who are living in sin and unsaved. The sin has seperated you from Christ & God. First you must say the siners prayer from you inner soul and mean it. Next you must take up your cross and follow God. Read his word. Pray genuinely and sincerely. No fancy words, or fakeness.
WE do not poray to God or to Mary we pray through Jesus Christ to God. God tells us that is commanded of us.

Interestingly, if you pray truely from your heart , it is always the correct way to pray. There should not be any particular way to pray. Ofcourse you should have the patience to test which one suites you the best. remember god is for all, and if you want, god wants to come to you. There is no protocol that should be a barier between you and the most lovable - GOD

There is no correct way to pray, as long as you are addressing God (or whomever you believe in) and you are being sincere I think he will hear your prayers. Some also say we pray through Christ, as the mediator between man and God. Who knows. I do know God knows your heart and listens to our pleas.

I recently learned something interesting. It said the Holy Spirit
gives us exactly what we ask for.
So, if we say we NEED something. That's what will happen.
We'll be needing it!
Or if we say we WANT something. That's what will happen.
We'll be wanting for it!
It said to pray with Thanksgiving. Just thank God as if we
already have what we are asking for.

Only confess your sins to the God, only God has the power to forgive you provided you don't commit the sins again. It is the God where our soul will return.

In the bible Jesus said, "Don't pray on the street corners where everyone sees you. Pray with your door closed and God will give you your reward."
