I gave up and put the biscuits and brew into a blender and made the most vile smoothie ever created.

Very annoying! Plus sometimes the rich tea is too round to fit in the mug! Argh!
Weight Watchers golden crunch are my fav rich tea biscuits because they taste like golden syrup! Yum!

I'm from the southern US- we don't dunk anything in our tea--- It's always sweetened and iced....sorry, can't help you ...lol
