Snoek. It's found in the southern hemisphere and absolutely gorgeous with something sweet like apricot jam, barbecued in tin foil on hot coals. Yummy!!

I love cod but because I'm trying to help the stocks I've switched to monk fish which I think is similar tasting. I like proper tuna steaks and salmon, none of that tinned stuff.

I also like huge amounts of prawns yummmm

Will try anything but Tuna is number 1

My fashionable fish may be the archerfish and the mudskipper. they in basic terms seem quite unique because the archerfish can shoot out water from that is mouth and objective for an ant or an insect on a leaf over the magrove timber. i love mudskippers because they are so unique permitting them to get out of the water and be able to breath.

Haddock deep fried covered in batter like our mum used to make,
dip fresh fish in batter place in deep hot frying oil and leave
till golden brown remove then wrap your chop round that.

Hmmm...most fish! Meaty fish like tuna steaks or swordfish are good too. Doesn't matter what it is, just has to be cooked correctly!
