No friends. You can have a maximum of two pegs (120 ml). If you drink more than that your blood sugar level will come down and you may collapse. So never drink in empty stomach. If you drink do not take tablets as it will further reduce your blood sugar level.

I have no idea what a peg of whiskey is, but any amount would depend on their sugar level at the time. If it is low it would only tend to raise it some, if it is high, then it could get too high and they would need a shot.

Just remember that alcohol LOWERS your blood sugar so always eat when you have a drink.

Check your sugars often when you drink.

no. but......only with a close watch on blood sugar... I'm diabetic and take a drink now and then...one drink can turn to two can turn to three... don't ask me how i know.
