Anywhere in the southern states of the United States like Florida, Louisiana, Alabama, Texas. I'd pick southern Florida since it has countless amusement parks and a beautiful beach if you just want to relax. I went the first week of January last year and was able to swim outside at night and it wasn't cold.

Miami/South Beach/ West Palm/ Boac Raton area is nice. Just watch out for the oldsters in their Cadillacs.
You can get some killer fairs out of BWI directly there, too.
