Anywhere in the southern states of the United States like Florida, Louisiana, Alabama, Texas. I'd pick southern Florida since it has countless amusement parks and a beautiful beach if you just want to relax. I went the first week of January last year and was able to swim outside at night and it wasn't cold.

Miami/South Beach/ West Palm/ Boac Raton area is nice. Just watch out for the oldsters in their Cadillacs.
You can get some killer fairs out of BWI directly there, too.

Gulf Shores, AL, my hometown, Snowbird central in the wintertime.
Very reasonable condo rates this time of year.

california, arizona and florida are great that time of the year. temperatures and weather is usually fantastic and theres plenty to see and do
