You should seek medical attention and possibly be prescribed antidepressants. Also, try meditation. This can help you release the negative energy that your holding onto from others. Also make sure you get enough sleep and proper nutrition. Stress and depression can cause a lot more damage to a sleep deprived and under nourished body then to a healthy one.

Why not try yoga or relaxation, I bought several books and cds by
Paul Mckenna and it has worked wonders, I was very depressed some months ago and today I feel GREAT. you have nothing to lose and much to again.
