You don't deal with anything. You didn't care how he would feel about you cheating on him, so why do you care now on how to work with him? You knew this was going to happen and yet you allowed it too. I hope you are real sorry for what you did to him. He may not be perfect and all but you should never have allowed yourself to do that to another person. If its been done to you, then you know how it feels, and if I were you, glad I'm not, but if I were, I would really be sorry and feel SUPER bad for doing that to him. You shouldn't care about 'dealing' with working with your now ex. You didn't care about him or 'dealing' with him when you were cheating. BLessed be

How did he react to your cheating? Did he feel offended? Does he also carries on with some else? If he didnt like it then you may have a horrible time, but speak to him and assure him (honestly) that you will not do it again. If he does that as well then you dont need to explain anything. Jus go on!

But that's gonna suck.
