My wife reported her body generating green stains on the white cotton towel she is sitting on when being in the steam room. Any idea of what this might be and medically indicate?

My wife reported seeing green spots in the region on the white cotton towel she is sitting on after she has been in the steam room. Any idea of what this might be and medically indicate? The spots turn brown/greyish over time.

has some kind of infection /could be yeast or intestional infection.
take her to the doctor and check for some kind of sexual disease.
is there a smell to it?. then there is an infection.
a green disckarge means there is an infection thru your entire body.
so take her to the doctor and find out/ and let me know!!!!
