I'd do it as big costume party. Decorate your tables with pumpkins and Halloween goodies. Walk into the reception and be announced to the Monster Mash.
Lots of spider rings and stuff for favors.

me and my fiancee are havin a halloween wedding next year and ours is goin to be costumes and as for the reception go with black and orange and have them play halloween music and have a castle cake anything halloween maybe even a table full of halloween goody bags and i wish u all the best

I agree with the post above where it is themed. But you really don't want to have 2 Elvis's. hehe Either have them let you know what they are coming as. I think since it is a wedding reception, guests could come as couples from the past or present. I think that would be a good theme. Also make sure no one dresses the same as the bride and groom. No one needs to steal your sunshine! :o)

I just conducted a small wedding Halloween night in the WEBN Haunted House. (WEBN is a Cincinnati radio station) It was soooo cool. When the ceremony was over, the happy couple & their guests went through the 32 scary room House.

simply have a great big costume party... perhaps theme it such as everyone come as their favorite rock star or superhero.
