First I don't think anything works permanetly if you don't stick to it. I did do this one and worked for me (I made it up myself):
Chinese sliming tea (1 cup before you go to bed for 2 consecutive days, then have a rest for another 2 days and do the same. The tea is horrible but it actually works by cleaning your digestive system), have 1orange or any other fruit but stay away from bananas or very sweet fruits, 1 toast with a little spread and a cup of tea/coffee, wash it down with a glass of water.
For lunch, make you own soup: mixed veg, a little salt, 1 chicken breast, a little of a chicken stock cube. It is very filling and it is very good for you. For dinner, steamed fish (white), a potato or a handful of rice or pasta (although I keep pasta to once a week, because most people feel hungry soon after dinner if it is pasta!)and salad without dressing or make your own (put garlic, celery, pepper and salt and a little chilli into the vinegar). For drinks, have sweetners and very small amount of milk, drink plenty of water throughout the day.
You should be able to see the difference in about 1 week
These meals have less than 1600 calories and the fat is very small. You don't feel hungry at all and you are putting all the right things in. Good luck and if you do try and works let me know!

no there are not.
Actually diet and excercise is a pretty "quick" fix. If you remove all the crap from your diet, then substitute healthy foods for the crap, you can still eat healthy, lose weight and enjoy your food.
"quick fix" diets are actually unpleasant and people go off them because they are depriving themselves and thier body naturally craves certain nutrients.
If you eat healthy 90% of the time, it is ok to take a day or meal or dessert that you have what you want, once a week is not bad. mixing it up a little here or there is.
Besides there are tons of good foods that also are very good tasting. You don't have to become a rabbit and eat kale sandwiches.
educate yourself by reading nutrition books so you know what is good and bad and why. All canned diets, weight watchers, south beach, etc. Fatkins (which is actually harmfull to your health). will not work if you don't understand why, and get the whole picture of why and the effect of that and how excercise can supplement and speed up your metabolism. Something diet books neglect (although what you eat is MOST of the issue, excercise is not a substitue for eating crappy).

Kimkins, of course.
I lost 160 lb in 7 months and 198 in 12 months over 5 years ago.
It's the same diet celebrities use to stay size 4 or get ready for a movie after having a baby.

You might think about trying this book called "The Movie Star Diet" by Steve Simmons. It helped me lose thirty pounds in 2 1/2 months when I didn't think anything would work. My goal to begin with was only 20 lbs! It has a really easy plan to follow and an excellent workout as well.

I don't think quick fixes are the way to go. Try going to a weightwatchers meeting or something like it in your area. They do food, which according to my sister tastes ok, but has less fat in it than similar products and you should also be drinking at least 2 litres of water a day to flush out your system. Ideally, you should try to exercise more. My sister lost several dress sizes by doing the Claire Sweeney dvd at home. It fell off within 4 weeks and she says it helped improve her mood too because she had been quite depressed and a size 22. If you really need to lose weight fast, you have to really stick to it and apply yourself. You may not feel the weight is coming off as fast as you like, but you will be healthier as a result. My sister finished the dvd about 4 months ago and still hasn't put any weight on, as it has changed her metabolism. Good luck!

Yes definitely, the Atkins diet works i lost fat very quickly not just water and stayed off for a while where others failed and the good thing about it is you're never hungry eat as much as you like, all you have to do is miss out carbohydrates, there's a bit of a dispute nowadays whether its good for you because the high protein intake can damage the kidneys but my advise is to be cautious and speak to your doctor first.

If you are serious about losing weight, the calories
in the food you eat should be less than the
energy you use. You will have to increase your
metabolic rate now, and plan your diet carefully.
Formulate your own weight loss plan and you will
lose weight faster. More details available at
