I really do like him but he has a girlfriend and I can't stop thinking of him. What do I do?

Get over it! That's all---just get over it and move on. You wouldn't want a guy that already has a girlfriend...even if he was willing to dump her in order to date you. Wait--and if the couple continues to date it's because they have chosen to do so. It takes two willing participants in the dating game and he's playing the game with the partner of his choice. Accept it. You probably have other options--and once he sees you're a fun date (while observing you dating someone else) he can pursue something later if he chooses. Otherwise, focus on yourself and having fun. There are other guys--there always is and always will be.

you need to respect the fact that the person you like is in a relationship. Try to remove any thoughts of this person because you're gonna keep tormenting yourself, hang out with your friends, do something you enjoy doing, before you know it someone else will come along, a better person who's meant for you.

Get a hobby. Dividing your interest up with something else will keep your mind off him and eventually you'll wonder why you thought the world rotated around him. And as a bonus, you may find someone with the same interests, and he will not be attached and before you know life is grand.
