I'm glad to hear that you dont want pills. You need to diet and exercise. Start counting your calories (www.thedailyplate.com has a great cal counter). You need to eat lots of fruits and veggies, whole grains, and lean meats. You should also do cardio 6 days a week for at least 30 min per day if youre really serious about losing it fast. After your cardio every day, you should be doing some muscle conditions. Start with simple things like squats, lunges, bicep curls, tricep kickbacks, crunches, and lower back work. Work a different muscle group every day in rotation (you dont want to work the same ones two days in a row). It's also not a bad idea to get a trainer for a month or so, write down everything they tell you, and then maintain on your own. Healthy weight loss is 1-2 lbs per week, but if youre really overweight, you might see 3-5 lbs some weeks. Dont expect that to be sustainable though. The more in shape you are, the harder it is to lose weight, so expect the weight loss to start high and slow down. Good luck!

You might think about trying this book called "The Movie Star Diet" by Steve Simmons. It helped me lose thirty pounds in 2 1/2 months when I didn't think anything would work. My goal to begin with was only 20 lbs! It has a really easy plan to follow and an excellent workout as well.

Honeslty the Body for Life diet from Bill Phillips is great if you stick to it, I lost 70 lbs in 12 weeks about 6 years ago, took six years but I gained 20 back, I just love food. Will be on it soon again. No diet pills, no gimmicks just work and food choices. You get to eat 6 times a day and get 1 free day to eat whatever you want! Loved that part!

wow how much do you weigh now? if you're like 280 or something high like that then it should be easy to shed 60 pounds within a year with mild exercise and mild diet adjustments. Eat more fruits, vegetables and nuts.
