For starters try Women to Women vitamins. They are a complete vitamin pack for women (obviously). That might help. Make sure that you're eating healthily (no junk food!) and getting fatty acids.
Don't wash your hair more than once a day and only do it once every other day if it's not to dry or oily.
don't pull it in a pony tail that's to tight and itnstead of brushing it use a wide tooth comb with spray on conditioner in it.
Last but not least ask your doctor.

Sometimes stress or other medical conditions may cause hair loss. Alopecia Areota causes hair loss in spots. I dont think there is a cure for that.
However, scalp massage is good for stimulating the hair folicles, and not pulling or tugging on your hair may help. You may want to get a boar's bristle brush and gently brush with it, as the hair and scalp does need brushing daily.
There are some drugs available for hair loss, such as menoxidill, but I cannot verify whether they actually help or not. You may ask your Medical doctor about it.
Thinning hair is very common among older folks, and those who take lots of medications for a variety of ailments.
Investing in a wig that fits well may not be a bad idea. Cancer patients do it all the time.
Sorry for your delima, no one likes losing their hair. But many of us do. :(

Eat well and sleep well and stay indoors for longer hours in the day. Keep off worries. Take multivitamins on full stomach and avoid alcohol completely and sleeping pills (if used to). Forget hair problem and keep to routine activities that wont require great concentration. You will grow thick and luxurious hair to the envy of others. But it is aksing a lot in life style changes.

I think ur diet lacks vitamin E.Hence eat more fruits and drink lot of water this way all the toxic waste is wasted out.Condition you hair with good conditors.Also check if have any dandruff.Because
drandruff causes hair fall also.

If you are under a lot of stress this can happen, but I would suggest you see a dermatologist in case there's something else going on. Also he might be able to recommend or prescribe you something.

multi vitamins, rogaine, keeping your hair clean is important too...it's prolly the angle in which your hair comes out that causes sebum to create folicle probs so its really not your fault too much....good luck

take selenium it is a natural supplement that helps your hair grow and is available everywhere take the recommended dose. it could be stress,medication,hormones or genetics causing your hair loss ask your doctor if it really bothers you.
