I assume you mean that you have no option of "having sexual acts" with other people while you are living apart from each other? Whatever the 2 of you agree on is what you should do. Just be honest and discuss it. You can agree sex with others is ok, but you'd rather not discuss it. Or you can agree sex with others is off limits.

But if you're talking about sex with each other...go for phone sex! It can be great, too!

Having come out of a long distance relationship... yes. Yes, it should. You're with someone you love, even though you're not physically close, so I'd think you would observe the same unwritten codas as you would if you were lovers. Damn her. lol
