Why this question?
I have heard more than a few fundamentalist Christians calling liberal Christians "salad bar Christians" because they pick and choose what to follow when they "should follow all the laws in the bible".
I asked this question to see 1. what would people say and 2. how many knew there were more than just the 10 Commandments/ laws in the Christian bible.

There are many laws in the Bible and everyone should be followed. The Bible says that we should "live by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God."{MATT.4:4; LUKE 4:4; MATT.7:21; 28:20}
You have the moral law (the 10 commandments in EXODUS 20:1-17; JN.15:10; 1JN.3:24; REV.22:14)
http://lcg.org/search/search.php?query=law+of+god&type=and&results=10&search=1
You have the health laws
http://lcg.org/search/search.php?query=health+laws&%24results_per_page=10&search=1
(clean and unclean meats, anything to do with the body such as eating, drinking, fornication, cuttings, blood issues and etc.){LEV.11 and DEUT.14; EZEK.22:26; ISAIAH 66:17; 1COR.3:16-17; 9:27; LEV.19:26-29; 20:5; DEUT.22:5,11-12; and etc.}
You have the laws of the land by man and God.(moral -no stealing cows and etc., traffic, civil laws, seasons of planting, gathering, growing things, and etc.){DEUT.22:9-10; PROV.20:11; 25:9; and etc}
I believe I covered all of them in simplest forms. If not, let me know.

The old testament was based on a legalistic society. It's purpose was to prove that nobody could live by even the ten commandments.
The new testament is the "new deal" offered by God. As the old testament had proved, it is not possible for anybody to get into heaven on the merits of their own virtues. The new deal was for Jesus to pay the price for our sins, in order to enable us to be "good enough" to get into heaven.
The only thing that Jesus demanded in return, was for the individual to accept that this sacrifice had been done for them. He simplified the previous laws into just two.
Love God.
Love your neighbour as you would love yourself.

All of the moral law. The laws regarding cleanliness and sacrifices are done away with. Jesus was the final sacrifice and He appeared to Paul and did away with the laws for cleanliness.

Only that which is described in the new testament, which the Church also ratifies by it's God-given authority.

None.
There are better moral codes. The Bible is pretty abominable in that it sanctions slavery, genocide, and misogyny.
