get on all fours - palms directly in line with shoulders, knees under hips, life one leg up - still bent - should at right angle, flex foot, so its flat not pointed but facing the ceiling. Lift leg as high as you can go, return position is kneed parallel to hips (not back on ground). try and keep your torso from moving hips should be aligned and facing the floor not twisting out to one side. do about 30 at a time, if your arms start to hurt, go down onto your elbows.
