I am in need of a quick loan of a substantial amount...with bad credit. I need for this to happen in 48 hours, I am in serious trouble, and anything direction that someone can point me in would be greatly appriciated.

The only way you could do anything close to that is to have someone take a signature loan out for you, but even then, you wont' have the money in 48hrs.
The only way you'll get 48hr turnaround is dealing with Guido and his Southside Boys.

There are many sources available for getting quick cash. Just beware that it could come at a high rate.
Make sure that the price that you will pay is worth it. Otherwise, you may wish to try a credit union loan.

How much do you need?
How much is the house worth?
Is this a refinance or a Purchase?
How quickly can you provide documentation such as Hazard, Payoff Statement, and conditions needed for the file?
