Im very shy, its hard for me to talk to women at all... when I do I freeze up, I want to ask this girl out, but I'm to shy to even talk to her, I need help... What should I do about this, does anyone have any advice that I can use to not be as shy?

ask if she has myspace its easier to talk thru comments or messages or ask for her aim screename or aol, or yahoo, or msn screename, talking thru screenames isss way easier and they hopefully thatll get you comfortable, & i know this will seem tough but if u really wana just talk to her in person then u just gotta break the wall and talk w her and try and connect u will have such a relief on yourself and not waste anyones time especially your own. also a good way to talk w someone your shy around in person is to take a shot or 2 of vodka or whatever drink u prefer but dont get wasted just a slight buzz but not noticeable to anyone but u itll calm u for sure

Just ask her out. Whats the worst thing that could possibly happen? If you fake confidence, no-one can tell, unless you go overboard. It might be a good idea to get to know her first. Try being friends with her first for like a month or something than ask her out if shes definately single. If you don't talk to her, how can you be sure shes even right for you? Man, I'm such a hypocrite cause I'm shy too. So yeah. Just have faith in yourself, and hopefully things will turn out for the best!

Listen, why be scared or have low self-esteem, shrug that off your shoulders, hold your head up high, smile more often...
Whats the worse thing she can do say No...hell worse things have been lost in the war...
You may leave her a note asking her out instead of actually talking to her and smiel more often to her so that she kind of gets the hint you like her...
Not to mention talk to her and make it a more comfortable situation...

to become less shy it takes forcing yourself to talk so someone when you feel shy. the more you do it, the more comfortable you'll be with it. the first 5 or 6 times might be hard but it will become easier and you'll feel more comfortable

Try not to be so direct. I mean don't just talk to her to ask her our. Start off by talking about other stuff to see if she's interested in talking to you. That won't be so hard cause you have nothing to be shy about if you're just talking about stuff. Get to know her better, maybe give her your number or she'll give you hers, then you can meet up just as friends and who knows maybe she'll be the one who'll ask you out (if she gets hints that you're interested).

If you know where she works, lives, etc... send her some flowers and in a card give her your number, that way you can txt each other, which is alot easier then talking face to face that way you will feel alot more comfortable when you do have a face to face conversation

Maybe slip her your number without saying anything. Alot of people are way more comfortable talking on the phone than in person.

People are people! You are "talking " to thousands of women now! Your expectations are unknown. Be yourself, don't be afraid of being embarrassed from time to time, and know the more you talk to "women" the easier it gets!

I say that you have to be strong, focus on what you want, go out and get it, you have to have faith and just reach for it....
I think that you should just swallow your spit and go ahead and talk to her, it's the only way to get results you know, and even she turns you down, you'll have strength to ask the next girl....
