I keep getting zits in the exact same places. It doesn't matter if I wash my face, don't wash my face, put acne medication on it, or put bacon grease on it, the same painful zits keep coming back. Right around my lips and right on my breastbone. Any suggestions?

You could have sensitive skin and have a skin condition in those places. Also, have you tried Retin-A? You can get that from your doctor. You could possibly be allergic to whatever you put on your lips, and also to whatever detergent you wash your clothes in. My best suggestion would be to see your doctor about it, you probably need prescription medication, those don't sound like normal zits!

Try dabbing toothpaste on them - I hear that trick works pretty well.
If necessary, there is a prescription medication you can get from your doctor, as well.
