Can you think of any better explanation for all the beauty in the world?

My faith has proven time and again, to be beneficial. In times of stress, it calms me. In times of hardship, it gives me the answers. In times of question, I am directed to the right choice. For me it works.

If you need something to believe in, then yes, a belief in a higher power is good. If you don't want to feel alone, then it is also equally as good.

If you don't feel it is right, then don't believe. If you feel that science has outproven the ethereal, then don't believe. In no way, is belief or nonbelief a sign of weakness.

There is no right or wrong answer when it comes to this. It's each person's subjective belief on whether or not a higher power exists or not. If you want to believe, cool. If you don't, equally as cool. It's your choice really.

Not. Though belief in a higher power isn't inherently bad. The problem arises when you start believing in an afterlife, or that this higher power will solve your problems for you.
Also, it depends. Higher than what?

Most everyone seems to need a security blanket these days. Which is good for a time because it can inspire one to do great things (can also inspire horrible things). I think we should eventually learn to stand on our own two feet at some point though. Peace

To believe and not to believe doesn't hurt anyone. Its you own opinion. To me, i choose to believe or i'll be lost. If i don't believe then i don't know what else to believe in. Nothing seems right to me.

Do you want to live for God and serve your purpose and have eternal life? Do you want to live for your own selfish desire and be condemed to hell for eternity. Your choice. God created you and has a plan for your life. He loved you enough to give you free will. You decide. You will reap what you sow.
