What do you think about the following verses? Did it already happen or not? Verse 24-26 talks about Holicost doesn't it?
25 The LORD will cause you to be defeated before your enemies. You will come at them from one direction but flee from them in seven, and you will become a thing of horror to all the kingdoms on earth. 26 Your carcasses will be food for all the birds of the air and the beasts of the earth, and there will be no one to frighten them away. 27 The LORD will afflict you with the boils of Egypt and with tumors, festering sores and the itch, from which you cannot be cured. 28 The LORD will afflict you with madness, blindness and confusion of mind. 29 At midday you will grope about like a blind man in the dark. You will be unsuccessful in everything you do; day after day you will be oppressed and robbed, with no one to rescue you.

According to prophecy, no it has not happened. It is a warning from God, to the people who do not follow him, and what they will go through after the rapture. But in theology, it happens all the time. Read your newspaper. Consider all the war, and death.

Grace(not Law) unto you, and peace(not division),
from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.

Do-teronomy Don't-eronomy is Law Law for children and servants, childish adults who "know not" what to do and say. Hence the exhortations:

Be no more children: tossed to<->fro by such law<->law.

Thou art no more a servant, but above a servant is "free".

Not to mention the curse of the law in Deuteronomy.
If you try & fail to keep all law all the time: accursed.
Pretty good reason to flush such Law Law as dung.

The GRACE of our Lord Jesus Christ WITH YOU ALL. AMEN.

There are a lot of periods in Jewish history when they were being unfaithful to God, and they were punished in this way. They're just like everyone else: they don't do what they're told even when they know they'll be punished for it.

That's some severe punishment. Couldn't God just have taken a toy away?
