Hi,
There are a TON, but why do you rely on a free one when spyware, virus, adware, trojan, malware etc etc are so dangerous.
AVG is the one I suggest, or McAfee for a cheap one.

Download Ad-aware and Spybot.
If you run both it will get rid of most viruses. What one won't find the other will.
I run both several times a week.
