Sir, whenever I see such questions like yours....who is the best liver specialist, who is the best dentist....... I am a lot disappointed-- I find such things very much against medical ethics. You ask any specialist and he would say he is better than the best. We are living in 21st century--- for Heaven's sake, please stop being carried away by answers to such questions. I am afraid there could be some vested interests at play in such replies. So, one must be careful !!
All said and done, dont mind if I souned rude to you !! I have just expressed my feelings. Oh, yes, answering your question .....I trust there are not many liver specialist as such... I would recommend you to see some qualified Gastroenterologist (an doctor who specialises in diseases of the gastrointestinal tract---which includes, of course, liver also !!.

One of the most (but by no means the only) common attributes of people who suffer from migraines is an extremely high level of expectations for perfection in themselves and others. If this is the case with your daughter in law, I would advise her to lower her expectations to something in the reasonable range. She nor the people she deals with are machines. Every single person on the planet will continue to make mistakes. Some people are always going to be slower at something or other than the rest of the people on the planet, etc, etc, etc. Again, if this is the case with your daughter in law, at the onset of a migraine, if she can get to a quite, dimly lit, area and focus on relaxing - not concentrating on her pain, the migraine will subside rather quickly. If she can alter her expectations for herself and others, she should see a dramatic improvement in frequency and severity of symptoms. You may also wish to look at expectations she places on your grandchildren, if you have any, while we are doing some Monday morning quarterbacking here.

I don't understand y u r asking such a question, coz there can't b an absolute answer to it.different superspecialists have their own areas of expertise.however,as far as the best institutions in india r concerned,AIIMS,New Delhi and SGPGI,Lucknow have very strong gastroenterology/hepatology programmes.
