I've read the Gospel of Barnabus, it is very similar to the ones in the new testament, it was ommitted by the Vatican because it spoke of prophecies conserning the coming of a final Prophet after Jesus.

There is no gospel of Barnabus. However there is an epistle of Barnabus. The gospels recorded the words and actions of Jesus while the epistles were letter written within the community of the early followers of Jesus as the Messiah.
The epistle of Barnabus does not record Jesus's words (that's why its an epistle) And defintely does not have him speaking of a "true and final messenger of God" I'm not sure where you got your information from.

I will tell you clearly about the gospel of Barnabus. During the stay of Jesus on earth, he accepted almost everything and said things that were yet to come. About false prophets that would come after him, and Mohamed is one of the false prophet. Just like the Muslim, the gospel of Barnabus is a large spread myth. People deceiving themselves into what has never and will never exist. It’s omitted because the saints refused to accept the myth that the baldhead came with after the glorious departure of Christ, who was the author and finisher of the God’s promise and the faith of the believers.

The answer is simple: The so-called "Gospel of Barnabas" is an apocryphal "gospel". That is, it is a life of Jesus purportedly written by a first-hand observer that is 100% at odds with the canonical Gospels as preserved in the Bible. This "gospel" was unknown to the Apostoolic Fathers of the First Seven Ecumenical Councils of the Undivided Church (i.e., prior to 1054 A.D.) - BECAUSE IT DIDN'T EXIST!! At the earliest it was dreamed up by someone in around the 14th Century.
However, it is interesting and unique among apocryphal writings... in that it is truly a "Muslim gospel"; that is, it presents Jesus as a human prophet, not the son of God, and as a forerunner of Muhammad. Again, the Church would totally reject this "idea" - as these ideas are 180-degrees opposite of what the revealed canonical (accepted by the Church) Scriptures teach us about Jesus.
According to virtually all western scholarship, it is a fourteenth-century forgery, extant now only in Spanish and Italian manuscripts (not exactly Greek or Hebrew!!), but even among Muslim scholars there is disagreement as to whether or not some of the material contained in the book is older.
Unfortunately (based on your even asking the question) this so-called Gospel has been picked up by some modern Muslims as an authentic and ancient record of events, and there are many different printed versions available from various Muslim publishing houses.
I know many Muslims. I must stress, however, that belief in this so-called Gospel is in no way an article of Islamic faith. A search on Google will turn up dozens of pages and even entire sites devoted to discussion of the Gospel of Barnabas from all manner of perspectives—Christian, Muslim, and some that sound quite "scholarly".
Regardless of the provenance of the document, it is an interesting read, similar to the many religious romances of the Mediterranean world, such as the apocryphal acts of the apostles and the books of sacred history from the east.
My advice....read it if you must....but it's bogus!!
P.S. I am the Vicar of a Parish named after St. Barnabas the Apostle!

Books of the bible ( you mean Christian bible I take it_HAD to be omitted under the inspiration of certain evil falsegods in the heavens. Bible writers, after certain falsegods made up and contrived certain religions, had much at stake that necessitated generations of mortals accepting the "facts" and way of life of false gods. False gods made slaves of people. F.gods conquered slaves with contrived history by twisting the facts. Writers either did the bidding of false gods or they were killed. The first book of the bible named for its writer so annoyed evil falsegod Looeamong that the order was given to kill the writer, who was then sawed in twain. As a course in history, and the theology in history (read Oahspe free on the net) then read each of the worlds 4 main religions.
Yes the truth will come to each when ready. The truth is so bizarre that one who would know truth must come to it absolutely open minded.
