breakdown what your working on into smaller time frames. Go at stuff in 20-30 minute spurts. Then break, clear your mind, and do it again. That's what has helped me out

The same ones that are used on children.....sometimes ADD meds "stop working" and new ones must be used. A lot of kids switch from amphetamines to Stratera at around age 18-20...

through effort. don't get on meds, it won't help, it will just make you more tolerable for the people around you. you can just practice being patient, and it will slowly work.

STAY AWAY FROM ONES LIKE RITALIN , ETC CAUSE THEY JUST CAUSE MORE ISSUES , SERIOUSLY I THINK THAT DRUGS LIKE "PAXIL" , "TOFRANIL", " PAMELOR" ARE MAIN AND SAFER ONES TO USE !!
