Well that would probably depend on if they lived or died. If they died I would pretty much say you should plan on having your licence revoked. If they lived then it would be based on the charges they brought up on you in court and it would be up to the judge wether or not you were still fit to drive. In either case unless it was a very very minor injury you won't get any points most likely your licence will be suspended or revoked.

Taken off, or put on your license? You only get points if you get a ticket that counts for points. Or are you making up a game where you earn points or they come off when you run people over?

it depends on the style of their landing - if both feet hit the ground together and they don't take a step back - you should get the full 10 points.
Artistic merit also counts as does difficulty of the vault.

Depends...did they have shoes on or were they bare footed?
You get more points if they are bare footed and are not crippled.
