1st marijuana is both physically and mentally addictive. So quiting may not be that simple for you. (Though the physical addiction rate is about 4%, so the odds are in your favor). Get help from a substance abuse counselor or go to NA and get a sponsor. You have to change lifestyles from a using to a non-using. Keep busy and good luck.

Starting using cigerrete withouht lighting it, just do the smoking action with a cigerret whenever u feel to smoke
