You haven't given any details like, your age, whether he is the love of your life etc. But the fact is, the baby is on the way. You have decisions to make and I hope the father is mature enough to make the decisions with you. It's better (in my opinion) for you to know now, what his reaction will be. Don't forget that you were surprised, so give him some time to grasp it all too.
It doesn't matter how he looks at you, what does he expect? Why should he be deprived of this precious, life changing event?

You need to tell him. We were in high school when I got pregnant with our first, and he supported me the entire time. We have now been married 11 years and have 3 children. If it is his child, then he has a right to know. Good luck to you.

yes it is his right to know. And if he acts different then oh well. the deed was done and there's no changing it now.He may react differently give him the chance. you didn't make this baby by yourself. And you can have it by yourself but it would be really hard on you. being pregnant is hard enough.you shouldn't have to go it alone.good luck i hope it all works out.

Why would he look at you any different than before? He looked at you long enough to get you pregnant...Now he has to look a little bit longer now that your having his child. He deserves to know trust me you'll feel better when he knows

Are you married ?..
Then of course tell him, he should be pleased, you should both be pleased...
Are you not married ?
Then you have a problem...
Get married...Do not burden your children with illegitimacy just because you and b/f were too immature to marry before children.
And yes, you are either going to have to tell him or break up with
him and move away before he finds out...

ABSOLUTELY!!!!! the child is both of yours. He has every right to know. Also, you ARE different, now (Everything is). A child is a huge responsibility, and the dad should be involved from the get-go.
