I am experiencing that one of travel agency in Australia put in me financial trouble and do not care and keep ignoring my requests. Some people say that they will not care of it because I am in overseas right now. The fault was made by the employee of the agency and misled to cancel a tickets.

If you purchased a ticket by credit card, get in touch with the credit card company. If you need immediate help, go to your embassy - though they won't provide financial help.

there is not such a place to protect passengers from travel agencies. protect yourself and get you an e ticket online the next time.
if you want to reimburse the travel agency in australia, you should involve a lawyer, who has connections to australia.
but.............that will cost money, time and nerves.
