If you are talking about toys then there is no toy that can do that. There are toys that stimulate her intellect. The smartness of the child is determined by the jeans of the parents.
But you can fisher products, Visual masters and there is a set i bought for my niece,. I can't remember the exact name but the main character was a guy named polly.

Toys dont "make" a child smarter. But they do need brain stimulation. Toys do help them learn and develope. Reading is great for babies, starting in the womb. Buy your child toys that will aid in their developement. Toys that are bright, make noise, that you can get multipe development uses out of, safe, and mainly age appropriate. Not what age we "think" our kids are developmently ready for, but if the toy says 12 months and up, it probably isnt a good toy for an 8 month old.

ive learned that the leapfrog toys really healp the child. i have 3 boys under the age of7and they learned alot from the leap frogs that they got from their nana at christmas last year. so depends on the age of ur child , if ur child is under the age of 13, then the leap frogs is the best toy to give ur child. ur child will learn alot from the leap frogs. i know mine did.
